Join the fun at Le Bar with the introduction of our brand new Grande Cuvee Wine Flight. Within our chic setting, jet set around the globe and taste boutique wines from the meticulously selected wine flights. The choice of wine rotates every 3 months to ensure a broad sampling of our extensive list. For the non-wine connoisseur, our trio of miniature martinis perfectly paired with bite-sized tidbits makes for an exceptional night out. The Lady Sage matches an herbal, Plymouth gin martini with a grilled ciabatta, fig, and blue cheese bite, while the Anejo MANhattan joins a smartly balanced tequila concoction with a crispy wonton cocktail with avocado tartar. Recently, Le Bar unveiled a nouveau HIS & HERS cocktail menu showcasing drinks expressing characteristics of each sex. HERS are downright gorgeous cocktails, delicate yet complex like the Backyard Blackberry Margarita starting with El Tesoro Platinum Tequila and lengthened with champagne. HIS cocktails are willful beverages, both handsome and refined. A popular choice is the early 19th century Sazerac, with Sazerac 6 yr. Rye Whiskey stirred with healthy dashes of Angostura and Peychaud Bitters. This manly concoction is served in a chilled Absenthe-rinsed tumbler. Although our HIS & HERS cocktails were designed specifically with men’s and women’s individual palates in mind, we of course encourage you to be less than shy about joining the other team if something catches you eye! One will surely thrill to take part in the one-of-a-kind offerings of Le Bar at the Sofitel Chicago Water Tower, including:
